White coat: Best for hospital directories and practice websites where clinical authority matters. Keep the coat clean and pressed. A solid-color top underneath in navy, charcoal, or burgundy photographs best.

Individual sessions run 20 to 90 minutes depending on the package. For on-location team sessions, each provider spends approximately 10–15 minutes being photographed. A team of 10 providers can typically be completed in under 3 hours.

Standard delivery is 7–10 business days. Rush delivery is available for practice website launches, hospital directory deadlines, or credential submissions.
